Frequently asked questions

Everything about Ruby, in plain English.

What is Ruby?
Ruby is a live price-check tool for Whatnot resellers. She reads the item on your screen, pulls real market values, and tells you your flip profit — BUY, THIN, or PASS — before you bid.
Is it a subscription?
No — you can pay $29.99 once for a lifetime license (no subscription, ever). There's a $15/month option if you'd rather, but you never pay both. Lifetime = pay once, own it forever.
Does Ruby place bids for me?
Never. Ruby only shows you the numbers — you stay in complete control of every bid.
What do I need to run it?
A Mac and Chrome. Slab reading and TCG market prices (Pokémon, Magic) work instantly with zero setup. For live eBay comps on everything else, you add a free eBay developer key — the included guide walks you through it in ~10 minutes.
What can Ruby price?
Pokémon and Magic are priced automatically. For everything else — sports cards, coins, comics, sneakers, slabs, singles — SOLD ASSIST opens eBay's completed sales in one tap and upgrades her verdict to profit math on what buyers actually paid.
How is it faster than checking myself?
Whatnot auctions end in seconds. By the time you've opened a tab and typed the name, the lot's gone. Ruby does the all-in math (fees, shipping, resale) instantly, so you decide before the timer hits zero.
Is my data private?
Yes. Ruby runs locally on your own machine and never ships your private data anywhere.
What's your refund policy?
14-day money-back guarantee. If Ruby isn't for you, email us and we'll refund you.
How do I install it?
After checkout you'll get a download + a 3-minute setup guide: unzip, load it into Chrome, start Ruby, and open any Whatnot stream — her card appears top-right.
Is this affiliated with Whatnot?
No. Ruby is an independent tool, not affiliated with Whatnot, eBay, or TCGplayer. Profit figures are estimates based on market data, not guarantees.
